Light Winds And No Rain For The Fireworks

Rain continues this morning.  By noon today, it will be gone!  The Storm Prediction Center has pushed the slight risk area for storms South of our viewing area.  Clouds will dominate this afternoon with highs around 79°.  Winds will be around 10 to 20 MPH this afternoon, which shouldn’t be an issue for family fireworks.  Around 10 PM when the fireworks go off, it will be 73° with the grass still soggy.  Winds will be less than 10 MPH from the northwest.

Clouds break up by Sunday.  It will be very nice at 83°.  Mostly sunny to partly cloudy on Monday.  The high will be 86°.  Late Monday and early Tuesday, there could be a few showers.  A very weak disturbance moves through.  I don’t expect it to produce much rain, if any, at all.

Mostly sunny Tuesday through Friday with highs climbing into the middle 90s by Thursday.  Rain returns next weekend.

Have a Happy Fourth of July!

Take care,
Lisa
